Chamomile has been used as a traditional medicine for thousands of years for it's calming properties due to it's mild sedative effects. It's been shown to ease upset stomach, heartburn, nausea, and vomiting and also seems to help colicky babies.
Some research suggests that chamomile could help with other conditions, like diarrhea in children, teething pain, hemorrhoids, anxiety, and insomnia.
For babies that are teething use about 5 drops in milk or juice
(I used a medicine bottle like this.)
Recommended dosage for adults: 5 to 10 droppersful (1 to 2 tsp) in tea or in a shot of water or juice.
May cause drowsiness.
